Terms of service
The agreement between you and SEO Scaler when you use the app.
Agreement
By creating an account or using SEO Scaler you agree to these terms. If you use SEO Scaler for an organization, you confirm you can bind that organization to them.
Accounts
You must give accurate sign-up information, keep your credentials safe and tell us about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including by members you invite.
Credits
- Paid provider calls are charged in credits. 1,000 credits equal $1.
- Credits are non-refundable and have no cash value, except where the law requires a refund.
- Trial credits on the Free plan expire 14 days after they are granted.
- Top-up credits expire 12 months after purchase.
- Plan prices and included credits are listed on the pricing page.
Spend approvals
The agent asks before any paid provider call. Each approval is bound to the exact inputs shown to you. When you approve, you authorize us to deduct the credits displayed for that call. If the inputs change, a new approval is required.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- probe, scrape or overload the service, or get around credit limits or approvals;
- resell access without our written permission;
- use the service to send spam, build link schemes that breach search engine policies, or generate harmful content.
Third-party data
Search volumes, rankings, backlinks, AI answers and other data come from third parties such as DataForSEO, AI model providers and Google. They are estimates. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness or any ranking outcome. Check important decisions against your own data.
Your content
You keep ownership of the projects and content you put into SEO Scaler. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to run the service.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or put the service at risk. Unused credits are forfeited on termination unless the law requires otherwise.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost rankings.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will post changes here and tell account holders about material changes by email before they take effect.
